Explore materials and existing designs
Choosing mosaic tiles for a Melbourne project starts with the material, pattern and application. ExoTiles supplies porcelain mosaics alongside specialist products. Our history with mosaic materials includes copper, stainless steel, glass, stone and shell.
Browse current copper, stainless-steel, glass mosaic and shell tile listings. Metal mosaics were historically imported by ExoTiles, and some remaining stock is still held. Product listings should be checked individually; the presence of a design on the site is not a promise of current stock.
A mosaic made from your artwork or pattern
Custom work can reproduce a photograph, sketch, logo, artwork or pattern supplied by you. Projects can include murals, decorative feature pieces, branded features, geometric designs and unusual floors for commercial, hospitality or residential settings.
Porcelain, glass and stone are possible materials. Hand-cut pieces can follow curves and natural shapes; standard small pieces offer a different, pixel-style approach. Artwork can be viable from approximately 1 m², and each project is individually quoted. Explore our custom mosaic artwork and completed examples before discussing your design.
Custom orders generally need at least one month. The overall timeframe depends on the design, material, quantity, production and freight, so please confirm the current estimate before ordering.
Plan the application before ordering
Tell us if the tiles are intended for a kitchen splashback, bathroom wall, floor or another feature. Suitability depends on the particular product and application; do not assume every mosaic is suitable for outdoor use, pools or floors. Our bathroom splashback collection provides another way to browse existing products.
If a sample would help, see the tile samples page and enquire about availability for that design.
Residential and commercial enquiries
For architects, interior designers and builders, our commercial mosaic enquiry page explains the separate conventional factory-order service. To discuss your project, send ExoTiles an enquiry with dimensions, application, Melbourne location and required timeframe. Include your artwork or pattern for a custom quote and confirm freight arrangements for your address.
